Did you know the average person has over 700 songs on their portable music player. A majority of those songs have been copied from the user's CD collection. Many users enjoy having a CD and then creating their own MP3s from that CD. Having a physical copy of the CD is important and prevents losing downloaded songs (and money!) if a computer crashes.

Most people have eclectic taste in music. Someone might listen to top 40 pop and then switch to country, depending on their mood.
